I’m Russell, an e-commerce owner and specialist with the #1 ranked site on Google in my industry for the past 12 years. Before launching my own business, I was a nationally awarded graphic designer in the print media industry for more than a decade. In 2011, after recognizing the growing influence of the internet becoming more and more important in spreading information further, faster and with more user interaction, I transferred those skills into digital design after studying web development coursework at NYU.
Operating my own e-commerce site confirmed my love for the Internet as a way to engage, sell and market to people around the world. I found my creativity and skills in graphic design transferred over seamlessly to website design and development. And always being opportunity-drive growing up, I learned quickly that e-commerce operations, project management, using digital marketing strategies and paid advertising to optimize conversion funnels and drive measurable results across multiple channels and platforms only strengthened my interest in the industry.
I have experience managing email campaigns, tracking site metrics, analyzing and reporting data, and market research which has helped me organize marketing and e-commerce operations. And always eager to learn and develop new skills, I recently completed the Google Career Certificate in Digital Marketing and E-commerce.
